ULTRATËX – Fast cold thickener
ULTRATËX – Rapid cold thickener Modified starch powder.
Starch-type carbohydrate extracted from tapioca, pre-gelatinised and modified by acetylation, which gives a creamy texture when cold.
It provides crunchy textures when dehydrated.
It is transparent, applicable to all types of liquids and provides a stable viscosity in the oven as well as in acidic mixtures.
Ingredients:
Thickener: modified tapioca starch (E-1442).
May contain milk.

Use:
Mix cold with strong agitation.
Dosage:
A dosage of between 2 and 80 g/kg is recommended depending on the desired degree of thickness.
Product intended for food use.
Store in a cool and dry place.
