TÖUFOOD GLYCERIN LIQUID
Liquid extracted from vegetables with emulsifying and antifreeze properties. Its use facilitates the union between aqueous and fatty parts and is mainly used in ice creams, ganaches and emulsified preparations, as well as in chocolates to avoid fat bloom. Mix together with the rest of the ingredients.
Use Mode:
A dose of 2-10g/kg is recommended.
