Since the sweet taste of melon, as it is known, also goes well with salty flavors, the Mixer puree concentrate becomes an ideal ally for creating original aperitifs, mixing it with spirits, for example gin or vodka, and garnishing with aromatic herbs such as sage and rosemary.
