Professional system for the controlled carbonation of cocktails, highballs and bar beverages using CO2.
Bartenland Carbonation Kit V1 – Force Carbonation System
Professional system for the controlled carbonation of cocktails, highballs and bar beverages using CO2.
The Bartenland Carbonation Kit V1 is designed for bartenders and HoReCa professionals who want to introduce force carbonation into their workflow in a controlled, repeatable and easy-to-standardize way.
The system allows precise working-pressure adjustment and controlled CO2 transfer into a PET bottle rated for carbonated beverages, using a regulator, gas line, ball-lock connector and carbonation cap. The configuration uses an adapter compatible with SodaStream-type CO2 cylinders.
What you can prepare
The kit is suitable for:
carbonated cocktails;
highballs;
Collins- and Paloma-style drinks;
clarified cocktails;
house sodas;
spritzes and aperitifs;
sparkling cocktails;
No/Low ABV beverages.
Carbonation adds effervescence and changes aroma perception, mouthfeel and carbonation bite, giving the drink a fresher and more dynamic profile.
Precise process control
Carbonation is influenced by several variables, including temperature, pressure, headspace, sugar content, ABV, particles, time and agitation.
For consistent and repeatable results, Bartenland recommends carbonating beverages at 0–4°C. Lower temperatures improve CO2 retention and make the process easier to control.
For the rapid method, 30 psi / approximately 2.1 bar can be used as a starting point, then adjusted according to the recipe and the desired carbonation level. This value is not a universal pressure setting for all beverages.
Key benefits
controlled working pressure;
fast and repeatable carbonation;
easier recipe standardization;
ideal for signature cocktail development;
simple integration into bar or cocktail lab operations;
compact and practical system;
compatible with modern techniques such as clarification and batch preparation.
Professional guide included
The kit includes the Bartenland Carbonation Guide V1, a technical guide dedicated to the correct use of the system, covering:
carbonation principles;
complete operating procedure;
the relationship between temperature, pressure and CO2;
the influence of ABV and Brix;
Carbonation Parameter Matrix;
training recipes;
troubleshooting;
safety rules;
Carbonation Log for recipe standardization.
The guide was developed using technical, academic and manufacturer documentation.
Important – V1 configuration
The V1 configuration does not include a check valve. To reduce the risk of liquid backflow, the bottle must be returned to an upright position after agitation and must not be inverted during carbonation. If liquid enters the gas line or regulator, stop using the system immediately.
Use only PET bottles designed for carbonated beverages and pressure applications. Do not use still-water bottles, improvised containers or damaged PET bottles.
