Suitable for:
• Mixing juices and shakes
• Mixing soft ingredients (e.g. pancake dough or mayonnaise).

Preparation: • Peel and clean food and cut it into small pieces.
• Place food in a bowl with a sufficient capacity of 1~4 liters.
