Professional system for the controlled carbonation of cocktails, highballs and bar beverages using CO2.
Bartenland Carbonation Kit V1 – Without CO2 Cylinder
Professional force carbonation system for bartenders and HoReCa professionals who already own a compatible SodaStream-type CO2 cylinder.
This version of the Bartenland Carbonation Kit V1 includes the components required for controlled beverage carbonation, without the CO2 cylinder. It is the right option if you already use compatible SodaStream cylinders and do not need an additional one.
The system allows controlled working-pressure adjustment and CO2 transfer into a PET bottle designed for carbonated beverages, using the regulator, gas line, ball-lock connector and carbonation cap. The configuration uses an adapter compatible with SodaStream-type CO2 cylinders.
Ideal for
carbonated cocktails;
highballs;
Collins- and Paloma-style drinks;
clarified cocktails;
house sodas;
spritzes and aperitifs;
sparkling cocktails;
No/Low ABV beverages.
Carbonation changes the texture and sensory perception of the drink through effervescence, carbonation bite and aroma release, creating a fresher and more dynamic drinking experience.
Process control
The final carbonation level is influenced by temperature, pressure, headspace, beverage composition, ABV, sugar content, contact time and agitation.
For consistent results, we recommend carbonating beverages at 0–4°C. Lower temperatures improve CO2 retention and make the carbonation process easier to control.
For the rapid method, 30 psi / approximately 2.1 bar can be used as a starting point, then adjusted according to the recipe and desired carbonation level.
Key benefits
use the CO2 cylinder you already own;
lower cost compared with the complete version;
adjustable working pressure;
fast and repeatable carbonation;
easier recipe standardization;
compact system for bar and cocktail lab use;
ideal for signature cocktail development.
Professional guide included
The kit includes the Bartenland Carbonation Guide V1, covering carbonation principles, operating procedure, temperature-pressure-CO2 relationships, ABV and Brix, troubleshooting, safety and recipe standardization.
Important
CO2 / SodaStream cylinder is not included in this version.
The V1 configuration does not include a check valve. After agitation, the bottle must be returned to an upright position and must not be inverted during carbonation, in order to reduce the risk of liquid backflow into the regulator.
Use only PET bottles designed for carbonated beverages and pressure applications. Do not use still-water bottles, improvised containers or damaged PET bottles.
